The importance of hiring a permanent-musician ensemble
Quality is extremely important in strings music as there must be a tight-knit sound for the music to sound correct and pleasant.
The Adiamus musicians are a musical family, therefore we don't 'pull in' musicians at the last minute and have them read music for the first time at an event and making mistakes - this doesn't make for good musical expression when it's needed most. Unfortunately however, this is all too common in the music industry and clients are often unaware that they are receiving an alarmingly sub-standard performance for a premium price.
Instead, we prefer integrity and transparency at all levels. We have grown significantly since being founded in 2014 and we care about each other, and most importantly, we care about the music we create together to share with others. Growing as a group is extremely important, especially as a string quartet, as the sound we produce is extremely exposed at every event and commented upon with praise at every event we perform for. We rehearse and perform together multiple times per week, achieving security for high-quality, musical performance.
